Students from a Norwegian school have had a taste of British college life at Scarborough Sixth Form College. The group of students, who were accompanied by 7 teachers, travelled here from Fyllingsdalen School in Bergen on the western coast of Norway.

CoPE Students raise money for Ellies Fund

Students raised £45 for Ellie's Fund as part of their CoPE coursework

Students studying Cope (Certificate of career effectiveness) at Scarborough Sixth Form College have organised activities as part of their coursework to raise money for Ellie’s Fund.

The activities culminated on Wednesday 14th December with a Dodge ball Tournament in the college sports hall. Several teams took part in the tournament which raised £45.65 in total. Other events taking place were a cake sale and line of pennies.

Sandra Gregory who teaches Cope commented; “All of the students taking part enjoyed the events, thank you to everyone involved and for the donations given.”
