CAFÉ 6

Café 6 is open all day for students to use, to work in or to meet their friends. At lunchtime however, we would ask you to please only use Cafe 6 if you are buying food from the counter and clear away your plates and utensils onto the trolley near the door. Café 6 gets very busy at this time and there is limited space for people to sit down to eat so once you have eaten, please leave to allow for others.

Opening Hours:

CAFÉ 6

  • 8.30am – 9.30am Breakfast items
  • 10.45am – 11.15am Break
  • 12.15pm – 1.30pm Lunch

CAFÉ 6 TO GO

  • 9.30am – 4.00pm Sandwiches, baguettes and snacks throughout the day.

There are vending machines for drinks and sweets in CAFÉ 6 available 24 hours.

Please clear away all rubbish using bins provided.

We try to cater for all tastes. Each individual dish is priced so that you can eat what you like and what you can afford. Why not try different combinations? If you have sensible suggestions of dishes we could make, then please have a word with the Catering Manager, Lynn Thompson or one of the catering staff. We want to provide the best service we can, and with your help we're sure we can.

Cycles, Motorcycles and Cars

All students wishing to drive a car or motorcycle to college must inform Student Services or their Pastoral Tutor of the registration number, and any subsequent changes. Vehicles are brought onto the college site at the owners’ risk and College cannot accept any liability for theft, damage etc.

Cars and Motorcycles should be parked on the Students’ Car Park. They must not be parked on Box Hill, and there must be no parking in front of the elderly peoples’ housing in Pollard Gardens to allow access for ambulances, nor should cars be parked in the Staff Car Parks or designated Visitor spaces. Your car may be clamped if you park causing a nuisance to others. There is a charge for having the clamp removed.

Please note that Cycles can be chained to stands on the north side of the main building.
